Through a general contractor, Baywood Cabinets was contracted to build and install 20 custom cabinets for our Kitchen remodel project. Their mistakes caused about 6 weeks of delays and it took 4 separate deliveries for them to finish their build and installation. In the end, after some discussion and using the BBB as a forum for that, we were given some discounting due to the delays. Their quality is top-notch, but make sure the schedule is worked out with them before hand.
