Will Leary Has NO IDEA what he is doing!

Spend THOUSANDS on various jobs at our home during the height of the pandemic.
Many red flags but we overlooked , against our better judgment, because we were concerned that no one would come during the pandemic.

NOTHING he did was finished properly- NOTHING!
We have had to spend time and money to FIX what he did - this is a brand new home and he convinced us that things needed to be replaced that now I’m wondering if ever needed to occur.
Nothing but issues ( very expensive ) issues since

Completely unacceptable and unreliable

He and his business is a SHAM

I gave him one star because I couldn’t submit a review for zero stars. BBL did a shoddy job installing my mini split. In addition, he left a unit I bought unprotected, outside, so that it is now unusable. He left garbage on my side lawn and didn’t honor the warranty when the unit he installed leaked all over my house. He didn’t come to repair it when he said he would and doesn’t respond to calls. Mr Leary is probably a nice guy, but he doesn’t know what he is doing.

The simple fact is that Mr. Leary started a heating job for me in May of 2016 and still has not completed it. He has disappeared for weeks at a time and rarely returns phone calls. He left debris all over the driveway which I had to have removed myself. I would not recommend him.

Great customer service was on time polite did extra for us and didn't even charge extra while converting our home from oil to natural gas Mr. leary the owner was a pleasure and had a great crew and the workmanship and neatness was like I've never seen before

I FEEL THE SAME WAY MR. LEARY THE OWNER IS WONDERFUL I HAD MULTIPLE ESTIMATES ON MY HOME IN MASSAPEQUA TO CONVERT MY HOME TO GAS HEATING FROM OIL HE GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE AND THE BEST QUALITY WORKMANSHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A BOILER ROOM I WILL BE POSTING PICS OF THE WORK HE RE DID ALL THE PIPING THE PIPES LOOK LIKE ART EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY STRAIGHT AND NEAT AS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 47 YRS HE WAS PROMPT FAST NEAT AND VERY POLITE A REAL PLEASURE AND I WILL RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYONE I KNOW HE WILL BE DOING MORE WORK ON MY HOME IN MARCH HE WILL BE INSTALLING A COMPLETE CENTRAL A/C ON MY FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR USE BBL PLUMBING HEATING AND A/C IF HE WORKS THE WAY HE DID FOR ME AND THE OTHERS I KNOW AND IM SURE HE WILL YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED I HAVE 2 CLOSE FRIENDS HE DID JOBS FOR AND THEY SAID HES THERE NEW PLUMBER AND SO HAPPY THEY FOUND HIM AND I AM TOO THANK YOU AGAIN MR.LEARY OF BBL PLUMBING
