Hired through our home warranty company. They ordered a part that we needed for our AC 2 days after coming out to our home. We didn't hear anything from them so I had to call 3 days later since it was hot and we were miserable at the home (stayed somewhere else). The home warranty company called as well before and by the time I had called he (the owner of BC Heating and Air) I'm assuming was frustrated that we both called and bothered him about it and said, "quit calling and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXING!" and also told me "I would have to deal with it." I usually don't complain about businesses or companies but I have never been spoken to this way. I feel bad for other customers...if he even has any and also feel bad for anyone who works for him!
