this contractor was very dishonest on initial bid for this job .he over charged by about one thousand dollars and drug his feet draining for hours at sixty an hour.left a big mess in yard .would not show material tickets.he is ascammer and will XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX you dry on hourly charges.you will be sorry if you use this contractor.
