We bought a house built by BCI Bowen 2 years ago . The house has been built extremely poorly by these builders contractors! The house has a leaking sump pump pipe , Leaking windows in 2 bedrooms , leaking roof in loft , leaking master bathroom from upstairs bathroom! There is a 2 feet crack in the living room that we tried to paint twice it’s getting longer . It has been a nightmare. Someone should stop them from building new homes as it causes great distress to new home owners!
