    Verified Hire
    Bathroom Remodeling project

We have recently decided to do to a complete remodel of our hall bathroom which has not been touched since it was built in the 60s.

This journey began with asking a few contractors to give some bids, of which only two replied. Of the two, "BCM Construction and Remodeling" was a higher price, but more detailed quote give us more confidence in hiring them.

What first impressed my wife and I was that "BCM Construction and Remodeling" ‘s owner Casey demonstrated much stronger knowledge and experience with bathroom remodels and gave a detailed and easy to understand estimate, explaining why certain things that the other contractor had recommended would not work.

"BCM Construction and Remodeling"’s employee Carlos came out and did our bathroom in an extremely courteous manner and he took very good care to not make a mess or disturb anything or anyone in the house.
He also worked very efficiently and touched base with me several times during the remodel to finalize the small details, such as at what elevation to put in the shower head, how to put in soap shelves, etc. My wife and I definitely appreciated having Carlos do the work.

Additionally, Casey made it very easy during the whole process as he communicated often and returned my calls very quickly.  They were also very flexible with timing and accommodating my work schedule. Casey estimated that the project would take about 2 weeks, and it ended up taking less than that. I greatly appreciate the customer service I was given. In summary, I think you generally get what you pay for in life. If you're looking for honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable contractors, "BCM Construction and Remodeling" is the way to go. They're definitely not the cheapest, but at the end of it, I am left with the feeling that the work was done correctly. My bathroom has ended up looking amazing!
