Tile that was installed is not level nor does it have even tile lines even though he was using a level on the kitchen floor. Tiling done for walls in main bath tub and shower area uneven with low and high tiles. In the master bath the sill over which the shower door gets installed was tilted the wrong way so that if you took a shower the water would run out on the floor. The shower door could not be installed till this was fixed. I lost the use of that shower for 3 weeks waiting for him to come back and fix it. When he finally showed up I asked him how could he make such a mistake. He said "I just follow what is there" Really? This coming from a guy who has done this for 30 yrs. You don't check to make sure everything is right. Maybe the fact that on several occasions I smelled booze on his breath after lunch had something to do with it. 3 months after he was done the shower started leaking through the floor and into the basement. This he blamed on the plumber who he said installed the rubber for the pan wrong. 5 months after his repair for the leaky shower it started leaking again. I plugged the leak myself and it has now held up for17 months. Stay away from this guy. Nothing but headaches.
