Be Nice Pool Services

wanted to warn everyone NOT to purchase anything from Jesus @ Be Nice pool services;here is my story, please be careful- this guy sold us a rebuilt pool motor and not new, DO NOT let him install anything in your pool!! very non professional .
New Pool Motor was purchased and installed less than a year with 1year warranty,  after less then a year motor failed, called Jesus who first said he will come to check it out, HE-  never showed up and when I called again his wife said they will come after the weekend, Jesus showed up on Monday , pool motor burned (of course he blamed us and not his unprofessional installation) and need to be replaced, Jesus said he will check with the company and let me know, he left , never heard back, tried to call few time but no answers,texted him and his wife texted me he will get back to me, during 10 days those were his answers; " still checking, not yet " (like how long it take you to answer? the warranty is from you not from the manufacturer) , yesterday i texted again and his wife (which he let her answer since he do not have the guts to deal with me) answer was: "it is now more than a year so its not covered under warranty.."- well I contacted you almost 3 weeks ago, you took your time to reply so now it's 2 days more than a year!!!of course i tried to call but no answer to any of my calls or my text msgs,after calling a professional company to check it for us we realize this motor was NOT new , it was 6months old when he install it  and he was full with corrosion and rust and ofcourse he is not taking responsibility for that,
i already filed a claim with the better business bureau and state for mislead information and install product that not as described, just wanted to warn his customers NOT to purchase anything from him, not to mention his pool maintenance service  is horrible  and since day 1 we hired him we had multy problems , first pump then timer and then motor...4 days after we hired him.. when everything was great for more than 4 years!
