At 401 Ocean, they have been delayed for months; but when they eventually started, they first misplaced our apartment keys, including an address label, so we had to replace all locks, then the invasion happened: the workers found our apartment cozy, so we would find waste in the toilet, a pocket door out of its rail, and power bills about 3x their usual level. Our employee went to check and found the thermostat set at 69 (the reading is miscalibrated, and we usually set it at 75) The site manager says his employees didn't have access because there was a dust screen from the balcony; but the dust screen was ripped up top to bottom from the day they set it up! Everything in the apartment had a thick film of dust before our employee cleaned it up. This is serious stuff and the site manager is acting like we are making it up!
