    I hired George to build my dream home and what a nightmare!! This house has been a disaster since the beginning, 2017 George and his team have lied to me, misappropriate my money, not pay his sub contractors, took an incredibly long time to build this house and most every part has had to be redone at my expense. The latest disaster with him is now 3 years later I find out that he never paid my county impact fees. Even though he built a commercial/residential home and knew from the beginning that there were going to be impact fees he cheated the system and got away with that too. That makes him a thief as he allocated a substantial amount of my money in his contract for impact fees however he never paid them. He is NOT a solid person and a horrible builder. Run like heck!! I am not sure how he is still in business however he is so be aware!! Research who yoU pick as your contractor. He told me I was his guinea pig..... nice!! Super professional. Exactly what you want to hear from a builder you hire and sadly trust!! I have 5 years worth of pictures, journals and evidence of proof. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER....ALL BAD!!!

    If you are looking for a builder who will lie to you, misappropriate your funds and never complete your home or commercial project, look no further. It has been 6 months now and I am still waiting for them to complete the project. Feel free to look up the documented truth of working with this builder on Facebook at the porter house in new smyrna beach @porterstyleshome. We told him that if he couldn't get it together we would start a blog. So we did. It took him about a year longer than any other builder to get to the point we are now. As George the owner says "you have to rob from peter to pay paul". You will regret using him. He literally blocked me on his phone for months while we were trying to complete the job. Subs constantly harassed us for money that he had been given. Our roof which he did, not an actual roofing company, because he could give us a superior product for the same price currently holds 60 gallons of water which he says is acceptable. Do you your homework

    George built our vacation home in New Smyrna Beach. We did this all "long distance" while we were living in South Carolina. We could not have had a better contractor. He kept us informed, made wonderful suggestions, and built the most beautiful, strongest, most energy efficient ocean front home in NSB.
