    $1,000

Given the numerous negative comments and complaints about this company on various social media platforms over the years, expressing another unfavorable opinion shouldn't be seen as problematic. It appears that nobody is holding them accountable, and perhaps only some form of divine intervention will eventually do so.

In my experience, they made three visits, each time recommending adding refrigerant at an exorbitant rate of $130 per pound. Despite these attempts, the air conditioner continued to leak within a few days, and they kept insisting on additional charges to fix it, without any guarantee of success.

Since initiating a service request with the AHS warranty company 30 days ago, I've already spent close to $1,000, and my air conditioner is still malfunctioning. The most frustrating part is that I don't see any resolution in sight. Matt, the technician, may have offered an honest assessment when suggesting that the company might have a cost control contract with the warranty company, receiving a lump sum upfront and leaving cost control entirely to themselves. However, continually overcharging customers without delivering a lasting solution is truly shameful.

Unfortunately, I made the unfortunate choice of selecting AHS as my warranty company and this company as the contractor. I'd rather pay my own local contractors to replace the coil within two days than go through this ordeal again. Besides, the warranty company only covers a small portion of the replacement cost anyway. So, I strongly advise against using Beaches Air, and you may want to reconsider your choice of a warranty company altogether.

    Fix AC unit
    $1,115

I would like to inform others not to use this company. the techs are very nice however their customer service office personal it takes hours and at times days for someone to pick up or call back. I was just hung up in by Kendra ar calling to request a refund for freon they had me pay for that did not stay in the unit as the unit was unrepairable.

1st technician sent advised unit was unrepairable however, their office decided it was and recommended I pay for the freon (i did) $1040 they repaired it and a couple weeks later unit stopped working and no more freon.
They once again stated unit is unrepairable.

My home warranty now refuses to replace the unit due to the condition of the unit. Again same condition it was in in June. Kendra stated they will not refund me wished me a nice day and hung up on me.

We were both very cordial and calm as how much more calm could she be; simply say no and good buy hang up and now wont take my call. My mother is an elderly disabled person and has me to advocate for her but how many others don't! shame on this company!

    AC Repair

Horrible. I wish the ratings went into negative numbers!
The tech (Corey) came to the house. He was dirty and creepy. I stayed as far away from him as I could. He asked me to "put my (2) dogs up". I said "no, they would never hurt him unless I told them to". The only other exchange was that he asked how long I had had my (AHS) policy.

When I got the report, I was dumbfounded. It was all LIES. His report stated that I have not had air conditioning since I bought the house. That would be quite a trick, since I live in Florida and I bought the house in 1999. (I've had no AC since 1999? In Florida ???? Really?? His report also stated that I told him I haven't had AC since last summer, and that's the only reason I bought the AHS policy. (Make up your mind.. was it since last summer or since I bought the house ??) The report stated that repair was denied due to the age of the air conditioner, and the amount of time that had passed since it broke. The only amount of time that passed was the time I waited for them to finally come to my house. It kind of makes me think that AHS sends out these losers to make up stuff so that they don't have to pay valid claims.
I have not been able to reach Beaches AC. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls and they don't have a website.

    AC Repair or Replace

It was a horrible experience. The temperature in FL was in Triple digits and the months of May thru July 2022 was nothing but run around. Beaches showing up but doing absolutely nothing toward fixing the problem. AHS not communicating with Beaches, Beaches stating the efficiency of the unit doesn't dictate a replacement and when the 4th technician came out and stated it needed replacing, it was ignored by AHS as Invoice processed. NOTHING from both of these companies. Perfect storm for a nightmare. We had to get outside replacement help so what is a warranty worth?

AHS hired them to troubleshoot my HVAC not cooling
    $125

Wow, Where do I start. This A/C contractor was sent to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My heat pump was not cooling. I checked the unit for an obvious trouble before anyone came out to my house. I did find an obvious leak, I could see the bubbles of the refrigerant leaking from the top of the Heat pump muffler. The tech from Beaches came out July 2. The tech acknowledged the leak, recharged the system, and assured me his employer would get this fixed but it would be possibly months since they are short on staff. MONTHS! He advised me to stay on top of it by calling his office regularly. Well, 4 days later, I figured I had better follow up with AHS, and see if there had been any progress or notes from the contractor. Maybe they ordered parts, maybe they scheduled the repair. AHS said they hadn't heard from Beaches and were awaiting the diagnosis. I asked when they would have the diag, they reached out to Beaches and were told they would have the estimate of repairs the next day. They did get the estimate and diagnosis the next day by 4pm as they said they would. The diagnosis was that there was a leak at the service port. In laymans terms, the unit was leaking where they add refrigerant. This was false. The tech confirmed the visible leak at the muffler in person, and when I contacted him by phone after the report. I called his office and explained that the report needed to be corrected. His office person Mary (if that's her real name) acknowledged the techs findings and told me she would correct the diag and estimate to AHS and email me a copy. She never did. I asked AHS for a 2nd opinion by a different contractor. The second contractor came out, reported to AHS about the muffler leak, AHS authorized the repair and parts are now ordered. Beaches for whatever reason, isn't accurate or reliable. I googled their address, it's a mail box rental. Their reviews are horrid. Stay away!

    AC was not cooling

The worst Company. I got Beaches AC through American Home Shield as one of their contractors. They got home in the beginning of February in an small car without tools or ladder (Kyore) and immediately asked me for US800.00 for Refrigerant. Never checked the unit. Requested a second opinion buty was denied by AHS. Long story short I paid them the 800.00 and almost four months later, still without AC, they never answer my calls, no call no show, and refused to fix it unless I pay them again not being my fault that they put Freon without checking for Leaks. Another company found a big leak in the Coil but since I paid Beaches AC , I am stock with them. Opened a claim in BBB and in EPA since they put refrigerant at home couple of times without checking for leaks and it is against the law. I can not get another company because I will be losing my warranty and I refused to be another one complaining. They need to close Beaches AC to avoid the community in Florida keeps losing money. They also know their way to get AHS denied to continue working with you and then you loose the warranty while they are making money out of you. They send lots of technicians that way AHS pay them . When techs go to your house they do not do anything cause they never knew what was the problem and when they called the office no one answers. IT IS THE WORST AC COMPANY EVER!!!!! i WILL GET A LAWYER TO REPRESENT ME AND USE MY SURVEILLANCE VIDEOS TO DEMOSTRATE HOW BAD THEIR SERVICES HAS BEEN. They need to stop . Problem is not fixed. Please read comments in BBB and Google and you will see same pattern. I hope I make a difference.

    hvac repair
    $1,000

I had bought a home warranty from First American Home Warranty, and thought I would be worry free. Wrong. First claim was on my hvac, and they assigned it to Beaches air. After reading a few reviews, I was shocked that First American would use someone with such terrible reviews. To make a long story short, I was without my primary heating system from December 7th 2021 until March 2nd 2022. Beaches was the worst that I had ever dealt with. They don't complete the job then you can't communicate with them. An almost 3 month nightmare trying to get the job complete. I regret buying the home warranty from First American, and would strongly advise against any one else doing it. Now if you are the type of person that enjoys waiting on hold for hours, and getting lousy service from contractors, you might like these companies. I don't enjoy it and hope that I never have to deal with either of these businesses again.

    HVAC not cooling

I was lucky enough to be assigned to Beaches Air and Heating through my AHS home warranty. Lee was professional, courteous and obviously very experienced. He located the problem and my HVAC system was back up and running as normal very quickly. He was also very patient in explaining everything and answering a few questions I had. I would recommend Lee and Beaches Air and Heating to anyone, excellent experience from the appointment call through the repair.

If I could give them ZERO I would. The worst company I ever met in my life. No jokes.
    A horrible company!!!! HORRIBLE!

They were assigned by our home insurance company. One of the AC zones stopped to blow. As final result found by a different company the problem was in a damper.
    BUT!
What Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating company did:

    1. They never ever call me to set an appointment BUT they set it by themselves and their visit always been a surprise!

    2. They never ever answered my phone calls and voice messages left

    3. The first visit their technician said there was some dirt in dumper so he cleaned it up and everything is fine now. But in fact he just tried to push the damper in open position!!! No need to say It sure closed back the same day.
Next Visit he did the same thig. And every time he told me the problem is solved!
One of the last visits he said he will need a helper who going to check what's going on on the AC control border. OMG! I said please don't even touch it because I know how tricky was to make it working correctly.

    4. it took them 2 months! and they had fixed nothing!

    5. And the final straw was - they made their "surprise" appointment and came when I wasn't home. So they made the case closed with my insurance company. I called to insurance company, they reopen the case and called to Beaches Air Conditioning to made another appointment. I needed to move my planned trip dates because of that. Aaaaaand! Beaches Air Conditioning technician NEVER showed up nor called me that day! Bravo!!!
Moreover they made false report to my insurance company that my AC had parts missed and I have wasp nest in my attic so they can't work in there!!!! WTH Beaches Air Conditioning??????

After that another company was assigned finally and they have fixed the problem easily! They just replaced that damper.

    FIX AIR CONDITIONER
    $1,195

If I could give them a zero or a negative number I would. Beware and do NOT use this company. This is by far the most exhausting experience dealing with a so called business. I’ve never had to exercise this amount of patience with a company. NEVER AGAIN. We were assigned to Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating in Jacksonville FL by American Home Shield (AHS), because our AC was not cooling May 10. Fast forward nearly 3 months, we are STILL dealing with this horrible company. We had several of their technicians sent out to repair our AC. Just in the last 3 weeks techs have been to our home 5 times. Each saying something or finding something different. We paid $160 in May and $875 this past Wednesday for Freon. Throughout this stressful process I have been the one calling the company for updates, twice for scheduling, and it should have been the other way around. A week ago I was told a manager would be giving me a call. Needless to say, there was no call. When I called today I finally spoke with a so called manager Renee and she was by far the most unprofessional of all we've dealt with, she interrupted me several times, over talked me, said we could find another vendor and hung up on me TWICE. It has been a range of 83-87 degrees inside the house. We have small children, one is an infant. We've been inconvenienced with staying with a family member for nearly a MONTH. I have NEVER dealt with such an inadequate, inconsiderate, unprofessional, inconsistent and unreliable company ever. The last tech took our A-Coil and said was going to pick up a part. No part, no return, no call, no air. Bear in mind my husband and I have made sacrifices with our schedules to accommodate the hours they scheduled the techs. I have requested AHS submit a vendor change. As for Beaches Air Conditioning & Heating, the integrity of this company from their management to technicians is zero. They are careless, meaning they do not care about you as a customer and clearly arrogant enough to think they will continue to gain business without any concern about the customers, of whom they would have no business if it weren’t for us. If you want to save yourself the stress, the money and any level of headache go with another company, your better off because no one could be worse to deal with. TRUST ME.

    AC Unit

Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating LLC is the absolute worst! A technician came to my home and stated that the motor in the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. My warranty company approved the part replacement; however, the tech never showed up to install the motor. When I called Beaches, they stated that my warranty company had "cashed out". Basically, Beaches reported to the warranty company that they had fixed the problem. I told the warranty company that Beaches lied and no one showed up at my home. The warranty company called Beaches and stated they had the part and were sending a technician. The technician showed up and stated that the compressor needed to be replaced. They claim they were putting in the request to the warranty company. Five days later, the warranty company stated they never received the request from Beaches. Then all of a sudden, my warranty company sends me an urgent email. They said Beaches reported that the wires in the AC had been fried due to being struck by lightning. This was the first time heard this after 18 days without air. Really Beaches? Shame on the warranty company for not questioning this foolishness. I had 2 other companies come to my home to assess the matter. Both stated the compressor needed to be replaced! Beaches still has the part the warranty company paid for. This company lacks integrity and I plan to report the company to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Florida. DO NOT use this company. If you have a warranty company that informs you that your service request has been given to Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC, contact your warranty company immediately and ask for another company. I have sent my warranty company a 3-page letter highly recommending that they review the bad reviews the company has received on various websites and to call all ties with the company. Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC are making the warranty company look bad!!!! This company deserves zero (0) stars. Just horrible!!!!!

    Warranty company sent them
    $740

Awful service and company has actually lied to me twice and I still have no air.

I was assigned Beaches Air by my home warranty company in May. They came and diagnosed a problem with the actuator and said it had to be replaced. When they gave me the date the part would be in, which was a week away, I asked that the part be expedited and they blamed the warranty company, claiming they were required to get this part from them. I spent an entire day on the phone with the warranty company before finding out this was UNTRUE and that Beaches Air was free to source the part from where ever they chose. The part was replaced and I paid for the coolant to be replaced and was assured that they guaranteed it if there was another issue with the system that caused it to leak out within 60 days they would replace the coolant at their expense.
My air went out again on June 8th and I reported on June 9th. The 1st technician to arrive in a rental vehicle and advised he did not have the equipment needed to find the leak and someone else would be sent out. I waited a few more days, until the 17th of June, for another technician to come out. While he could have done something I did not see as I did not supervise his every move, the only "equipment" I saw him with that the previous technician had not use was a spray bottle and flashlight. The technician advised that there were so many leaks in my evaporator coil that it was not repairable and would have to be replaced. This technician took the time to check availability of the part and told me it was on backorder and would take 1-2 weeks to get. He said a universal part could be made to fit and would take less time. I contacted my warranty company to ask how this would go and if the part would be sourced from the and they said the part would likely be sourced by the contractor but they couldn't say for sure until they had the diagnosis and knew the details of the part needed.
I spoke with someone in the office on Friday morning who said they could not schedule anything until I paid 300 or 400 dollars for coolant, I disagreed and said I had already paid for coolant and it was guaranteed, she went on the explain that there had been an increase in price by my warranty company and I would have to pay the difference in my share of the cost of coolant. I vehemently disagreed with this and told her that is not what a guarantee is, you can't change the price. She said she would need a manager to take over the call. I hung up after being left on hold for a full HOUR. I called my warrantee company and was told this was not their doing, they knew nothing about this. hen I called back my calls were no longer placed immediately on hold but sent to voice mail. On Monday I was called Beaches back and spoke to a manager who made no mention of additional monies due and she said the part would be in the following Thursday and made an appointment for that morning. Someone else from Beaches called later that morning to schedule an appointment at a different time so I told her I had an appointment and asked if the part that was coming was specific to my equipment or a universal part, she said it was for my equipment. On the day of my appointment I did not receive a call ahead within my appointment time so I called the office after the window had passed to express I didn't care that it was late, just wanted to be sure part had arrived and technician was in possession of said part. I was told yes, and tech was at stop ahead of mine. 3 hours later I was called and told the technician was at my home. I left work and rushed home to a technician who had no part nor any knowledge of any of the history on the work or diagnostic done at my house. I could not reach Beaches, even though it was business hours, and when I asked tech to contact office, he said he only has contact with supervisor. I asked him to check with supervisor about replacement of evaporator coil and was told my warranty company refused the replacement and required a repair. The technician checked the pressure and recharged the system, it predictably stopped working again on Sunday.
I spoke with my warranty company the next morning and discovered Beaches Air has not submitted any information about my air conditioner since May, they did not submit the diagnosis from the visit on June 17th so they flat out lied about my warranty company refusing the replacement of the part.
I am working with my warranty company to get another company out and as of this writing on 7/1/21 have not heard anything from Beaches in response to messages left on the 24th.

    $125

Contacted company they said cant make it tell 5 days. Why tech unofficially said warranty repairs are low priority. He said home unit is at 40% so you just need a new unit. I stated well I just had another AC company out and he said it was 1lbs low. Look at review the warranty company does not want the to do repairs that cost R22 refills at all. Basically they tell contract companies to just say you need a a new unit.

    HVAC repair
    $125

After AHS told me the company they were sending to fix my HVAC I did a review search. Some of the reviews on Beaches were not great. I noticed the bad reviews were mostly older. I also noticed the names of HVAC techs were used over and over with great reviews. I was fortunate to have Rocky who has geat reviews assigned to my case. I agree with all his other customers he is very friendly, informative, and repaired my A/C very quickly. Maybe Beaches has eliminated the bad techs that were causing the bad reviews.

    Warranty work on AC unit
    $500

If I could rate zero stars, that's what I'd do - 1 star it far too generous. I wouldn't spit on this company even if they were on fire.

4 weeks ago, Saturday, July 18th we noticed that our AC unit stopped blowing cold air.

We immediately contacted our home warranty provider, First American Home Warranty, to schedule them to come and deal with the issue.

We have a $75 deductible that was paid at the time the appointment was scheduled to get them to come out.

The tech arrived on Tuesday July 23rd.

The tech spent all his time on the unit outside, looked for a few minutes and then said he had to condemn the compressor, after "burning" himself with coolant that was released while he was checking on the unit.

I stated to him at that point, since they'd already been out roughly 7 months prior, if there shouldn't be any additional expense to us, and he said, "no - this is all covered."

Furthermore, he told me he wanted to be the one to come back to do the work, since it didn't look like it was done right previously - there was "too much oil" in the system, or something like that.

Grateful - or at least so I thought - that it wouldn't be costing us anything else, we requested that he be the one to come back and get the work done.

The request for the new compressor was sent to First American Home Warranty the following day, July 24.

    Then the waiting began.

We reached out on several different occasions, speaking with both First American Home Warranty, and also with their contractor, "Beaches Air Conditioning".

We called on Beaches on 7/28 to confirm when the repair would be done. We was told by the rep from Beaches that the work couldn't be done before 8/4.

We called Beaches on 8/3 to confirm that they'd be out on 8/4 but, per the Beaches rep, the "part was back-ordered" and claimed they weren't the hold-up They stated that the soonest they could do the work would be 8/11.

Not satisfied with this answer, we then called the warranty company that same day. They said they'd call the Beaches AC to see what the hold-up was and they claimed they were told the same thing by Beaches, and they guaranteed that the fix would be made on 8/11.

We called again on 8/10 to confirm they were coming to do the repair.

At no point during any conversation - either with Beaches, nor with First American Home Warranty - did anyone mention that we should expect an additional charge.

On 8/11 the tech showed up to our house and immediately requested a payment of $400 - this is the same tech who told me on his initial visit that there would be no charge. He told us that he had to collect the payment or he would have to leave, so I told him to leave and it was outrageous that no one ever mentioned any additional expense.

In desperation to get relief for my family we called again on 8/12 and Beaches said the soonest they could have someone come back out was 8/18. Obviously, no one is interested in helping us in any kind of expedient way.

If it wasn’t for the generosity of our friends our house would be unlivable. We've borrowed 4 different portable AC units from different friends and it's still over 80 degrees in my house every day. Most days it usually tops out around 86-87 degrees. Due to covid I've been working from home since March and we've just been enduring this in hopes that it will eventually get resolved.

We've spoken with either the warranty company, or the contractor on average of at least once a week trying to get this done.

We've had to call the warranty company 3+ times to work on this unit in the 2.5 years - this is the second time in less than 7 months - we’ve owned this house and each experience we’ve had dealing with them has been absolutely miserable.

They always find a way to charge us $400-$500 each time. And what's worse is they're not standing behind the work they've done.

I definitely feel like I'm being ripped off.

We're now in week 4 of no AC, and way beyond frustrated.

    fix Air conditioning unit
    $1,000

    SIMPLY HORRIBLE
On Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020 our second floor AC unit stopped working. We called American Home Shield and they scheduled us with a company called Beaches and Air Conditioning and Heating LLC from Jacksonville, Florida.
    1. Beaches and Air Conditioning came 48 hours later on June 25th to our home.
    2. Sean the technician from Beaches and Air had to call someone else within his company to find out what was the issue. In the end, Sean said the zone board Honeywell HZ322 was damaged. I asked the technician how was this even possible since another company via American Home Shield had come to replace the zone board the year prior around July 2019.
Sean left saying someone would call to schedule a 2nd appointment after the new zone board would arrive

    3. Since I didn't hear from anyone at Beaches and Air nor understood how long would I have to sleep on an inflatable mattress while our 2nd floor was 88-90F in this Florida heat decided to call them myself. There I spoke with a lady manager called Rene. Asked her how long it would take to have the tech come back to install the new ordered zone board. She said 1 week so to expect them on July 2nd, 2020 and a 6 hour window between 10 and 4 pm was their arrival time. I mentioned to Rene that the zone board had been replaced in 2019 and our home was newly built 5 years prior. She then added these zone boards have a 6-month warranty. I later found out from Honeywell this is totally inaccurate their zone boards have a 5-year warranty.

    4. OnJuly 2nd, 2020 had to take off from work waiting for the technician from Beaches and Air. After 4 hours of waiting called Beaches and Air since I wanted to run a close by errand but wasn't sure how soon they would come. The person who answered said I was next in line yet it was ok to quickly do something. After waiting for Beaches and Air six hours I get a call lateI from the manager Rene saying they just found out the zone board was the wrong one the technician wasn't coming! I asked how was this possible and why they were just telling me after taking day off and waiting for them for hours especially after being told couple of hours prior I was next in line that day!
Rene didn't even apologize or seemed to be that concerned someone on their end had made a mistake and taking care of it needed to be a prompt matter on their part. I asked her if they could order the correct one and have it delivered next day since I was on the 9th day and still no AC.She said she would call back. I immediately called American Home Shield told them what transpired and they very kindly refunded the $75 service call fee from then1st visit and they were going to research further what had happened.
    5. Friday, July 3rd, 2020 it was noon had not heard from Beaches and Air so I called them back again. Again, Rene on the phone said they had no answer yet as to if the part was re-ordered or when would it arrive. I told her I was not happy with the mistake or how it was being handled and her answer was if I wasn't happy I could be transferred to another company. My response to her was a literal Wow and hanged up.
    6. Immediately called American Home Shield again and they assigned me to AIR DOCTOR AC & HEATING OF ORLANDO INC. Spoke to a manager there called Nataly told her the whole story and they said someone would be at my home Saturday 4th of July.

    7. Saturday 4th of July came and at my door was Bobbie from Air Doctor Ac & Heating of Orlando.
Bobbie corroborated the zone board was faulty. However, he said he could fix it right away by bypass me having to use a "faulty zone board" until they came and replaced it again. Yay !!! I had AC in a matter of 30 minutes... When the proper company came to solve the issue.

    WHY?
    1. Why Beaches and Air wouldn't take the time to do this when they came on June 25th? I suppose their technician didn't even know how to do this.
    2. Why Beaches and Air has someone who allegedly is a manager with a subpar customer's service and clearly unprofessional?
    3. Why American Home Shield , a reputable company would continue to do business and be represented by a company like Beaches and Air who taints AHS image?
    4. Why is it hard for companies to understand what made Amazon , Amazon was precisely their quality customers' service?

    AC unit repair
    $0

This company is HORRIBLE! My AC went out and the first tech they sent try to scam me for $480 and told me some coils were bad. I called my home warranty company as this did not seem correct and they talked with BEACHES and decided they would send out a different tech. This second tech comes out and says that my unit is 100% okay. Nothing wrong with it. However I am still sitting here with NO AC with 4 children in my home under 8 years old. The unit is still not putting out cold air and it making sounds like it’s gonna blow up! I call to speak with there “supervisor” Reene and she accuses me of tampering with my own unit!!! And refuses to let me speak with someone above her! THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Extremely poor service. Did not fix the issue. Coolant ran out in less than 2 days. Went entire weekend through Monday sweating like pigs. Three different technicians (4 visits) came out and it was recommended that the coil had a leak and was unrepairable. However, today Renee (mgr) instead wanted to override the recommendations by making an attempt to repair coil, leaving our family in heat into another weekend. With elderly people as well as an 8-month old living home, that was not happening given one nearly suffered a heat stroke. Renee then said that she will not service us and we'd have to seek another company for replacement. She then falsified information to warranty company stating the matter was basically resolved and that I refused repair. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    $1,030

This company has so many bad reviews (see BBB), I am going to report them to the State of Florida as well. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company.
They said I needed a new compressor. It took 6 weeks for them to install it, I dealt with nothing but excuses from them. Their receptionist is rude and unprofessional.
They charged me $480 for refrigerant they said I need as it was lost due to the compressor not working.
I hired another company after the air was not cooling, turns out I had a leak. This leak should have been noticed by Beaches AC from day one. They should not have added new refrigerant without testing for leaks as compressor burn up due to loss of refrigerant. This is the AC repair 101. No excuse they did not check for leaks. They never told me I had a leak.
The new company documented everything and fixed the leak, replaced the coolant and I have had no issues since.

replace coil under under manufacturer warranty fix leak
    $1,000

I have been disappointed with the way Beaches Ac LLC has treated me and my business on the phone.
Beaches worked on my system in January two months it is all leaked out again and you want me to pay for coolant again. .Why not provides coolant for free it would not have leaked if you had done a pressure test and waited charge again for coolant when it leaked out in two months. Now empty and you want me to pay 80 a pound of 410a. I have checked with several others and they are saying they charge that $50 to $90 for 1st lb then from $25 to $50 for additional coolant.
When I asked beaches to charge less due to 2nd time they refused. What is fair? Would you do what is fair? My thought if you ordered a meal it was bad and sent it back would you wait and then how about being expected to pay for ingredients of 2nd meal. That is what 2nd coolant charge is about. Coolant cost 3 to 7 lb you are charging 80 lb Outrageous, yet you refuse to consider lowering your price per lb.
It has been since 3/27 over a week and a half and my Ac is still not connected. You refuse to honor your work of January you have seen that the system is empty .I have a video of your tech finding leak on unit. I gave him batteries for scanner was not working... He saw that it was beeping in coil yet could not get to area with bubbles. I was asking for unit to be swapped out and receive new coil.
I explained the manufacture was sent pictures and they agreed it was under manufactures warranty so no cost to me. That all you had to do is file warranty paperwork it distributor. (As I said they have part available.) They also said the back in January that the warranty should have been check before repair was done. Yet this repair was done without you researching a manufacturer warranty on a unit that is less than 5 years old. Please honor my request the owner of Beaches Air LLc reach to me for I am ready to send above to: press , TV ( ken on your side etc) social media along with the Better Business and Consumer Affairs, and other government and state and local over site division for consumers.
Thank you in advance fro your prompt response

    fix ac

Office staff untruthful. When I reported they didn't fix the problem with my ac. They said I complain to much, then started taking weeks to return. I went without ac for 35 days in July and Aug, in Florida. They never fixed the problem. I had to call another company who fixed my ac in three days including the time for the parts to be ordered.
