Terrible experienced! Save yourself some headache and steer clear from them. I have had so many problems with them. From the moment I signed the contract to build the house. Crooked walls all throughout the house, exposed pipes in my laundry room. The master bathroom tub was not caulked and it flooded my kitchen and damaged counters, cabinets and flooring. It took months for all the fixes from that water damage to be made. Two years later and I am still waiting for fixes highlighted in my final walk through to be completed. Flooring people have come at least 5 different times to attempt to fix the flooring with poor results each time. A month or so ago, paint and drywall crew came to fix nail pops and cracks, well they used a much lighter shade of paint so now my whole house has polka dots. I call their repair guy to have them fix this and he pretty much laughed in my face saying to get in line because I was not the only one in the neighborhood with complains and that they had no plan on fixing it.
