    Michael and his crew poured an addition to my back patio, and replaced driveway and sidewalk pads in October. They were supposed to pour rounded corners on the patio, but poured square. When we pointed it out, they tried to scrape the cement back and change the form. It's now a part round/part angular corner. They did not work the concrete enough to get the cream to the top, and the concrete is rough, pointed, and sharp to the feet. They also missed a section of the patio when applying the sealant. When they came back to do it, they left a large puddle of it pooled on the patio. Michael said it would absorb, but it didn't and now there's a big messy stained area. The sidewalk pad was poured two inches narrow because they set the form inside the pour area, so now there is a gap between the sidewalk and my front lawn. Within a couple of months, the driveway cracked, not just a crack, cracked everywhere, large cracks with pieces chipping out, and cracks jumped pads, it's a mess. Tried to contact Michael, but he ignored me till I mentioned court. Then, he finally answered me and said too bad, concrete cracks. No matter how many times I asked him to address the sidewalk pad, he just doesn't respond. I've had a couple concrete companies do inspections/evaluations of the work. They both site sloppy work, improper prep, and poor finish. The sidewalk pad was just poured in forms that were placed incorrectly. Run from this company as fast as you can!!!

    When we left everything was perfect to your approval. And for your driveway I did say that the cracks would follow through to the new concrete. As for everything else we strive on clean , quality work.
