Purchased new home in March 2023. Construction by Beal Carpentry, who also served as contractor on the site. Besides the many electrical and HVAC issues since day one of moving into this home, and continuing over the last year, his quality of work is lazy, sloppy, and shows a complete lack of attention to detail. In addition, a simple Google search of his name should be enough to deter you.
