We had a 20,000 septic unit installed in July of this year. To date we have placed various calls, and sent e-mails for repair. My husband's phone # has been blocked from the phone # listed for Byron Beale.
We were told that he would show up on a date, and still have not seen him.
No text, e-mail, or call to let us know he would not be coming.
This is just common courtesy as far as I am concerned.
If you are planning on contacting this company be prepared to be ignored.
We have a year warranty on the work, but will we get the response before the year is up?
We are looking at going to a lawyer to just get the work completed, and correct. -

Shoddy work. No service support.
Three, almost four years ago our septic system was installed by Byron Beale. Nothing but nightmares ever since.
For 2 years I attempted to contact Byron via phone, text and email and NEVER got a return call. I have since spent many dollars and countless hours of labor trying to fix his fuck-ups... but I have had no success because of simple, logical things that should have been done during installation. I cant fix the issues without completely excavating our yard. (we have 2 lift stations that pump our waste water to our septic system). Every time it rains our system is overwhelmed and our sewage blasts out from the large round green access covers over the septic system. I'm at the end of my rope... which is exactly where Byron Beale should be hanging!
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES hire him!
