We provide quality roofing services in the greater Tampa Bay area. Our company has both a residential and commercial division which focuses on everything from new construction, reroofs, repairs and service contracts. Beams started in 1991 in Louisville Kentucky installing roofs and building homes. Along the way while still in Kentucky we were privileged to have landed a commercial roofing contract with Papa Johns for there corporate owned stores across the Midwest. We coordinated with the GC's and build team and installed over 60 roofs in various states for Papa Johns.

Beams got the first taste of Florida contracting working in 2004 when a team and multiple crews were sent down from Kentucky to assist in the hurricane Charley rebuilding. Years later the memories of working down in Florida during the winter months continued to linger in the mind which eventually led Wes back down to Florida to make it a permanent home. He now resides in sunny Florida year round and is proud to offer excellent roofing and contracting services to the people and businesses of this wonderful state. We look forward to working with you on your future projects.

    Hail damage repair.

    Beams WILL run out on you. Beams originated in Louisville Ky. where they reroofed my house after hail damage. My roof leaks now and Beams WII NOT honor their warranty. Their receptionist said "I'm sorry" and that's all I get.

    Replace the roof

    We started our roof replacement at the same time we were hit with 4.5 days of rain. Their people continued to work in between the rains and covered the roof everyday. We did get some water in the house and they responded quickly and made the needed repairs at no cost to us.

    If I could give this company zero stars, then I would gladly do so. Completely unprofessional people...will likely subcontract your job to another company with careless vagabonds. Ruined the inside of my home while working on the roof, punctured a water pipe and refused to pa for the damage. Be sure to ask for their certificate of insurance before hiring this company. if something goes south, they will run.

    Considered for Roof Replacement

    I had a leak in a property we manage in the Tampa area. Beams Roofing responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable price to repair the leak. We know the roof needs to be replaced but it is a large job and our owner requires multiple quotes so this repair buys us time to gather quotes. We will definitely request a quote from Beams Roofing for the replacement as well. Thanks
