Bear Creek Builders was contracted to fix some things on our house before we moved in by our sellers. There were several items that were supposed to be fixed that were, unfortunately, halfway done just enough to look like they were fixed.
We've had multiple issues with their "fixes" ever since moving in, including a drain pipe that was not connected in a sink, a shower knob that was replaced but not tested to make sure it actually turned the shower on (spoiler: it didn't), and a drain overflow tube that was installed with a kink in it.
For the amount that was charged for the repairs (especially after they came out twice to fix these issues), the amount of damage control I've had to do afterwards is unacceptable.
