Service Tech assessed the problem quickly, said it was a quick and easy fix. Told me the part was easy to order on-line and do it myself next time after he showed me how to do it. Said it would save me "a couple of bucks", so I allowed him to proceed and show me. Took less than 15 minutes. He then informed me that I would be billed $480!!! That's not "a couple of bucks"!!!! Part is available online for $60. Avoid this company and save yourself "a couple hundred bucks" or more.
