Brian Barrow, owner of Bear-O Companies has been building custom homes for the past 18 years spanning from Arizona, Colorado and Utah. He has had the opportunity to develop and plan the newer areas of Sunbrook as well as the first phases of building and development at the Retreat at Sand Hollow Resort. He has made St. George his home and in the past 12 years has built over 100 homes in the Greater Saint George Area which have included participation in 5 of the St. George Parade of Homes. Brian has an exceptional reputation for his organization, attention to detail and overall homeowner satisfaction. He is an on-site builder who not only supervises but works daily on each project which establishes confidence and a trusting relationship with each homeowner. Brian works together with quality sub contractors and has built long lasting relationships with them. It is his goal to always deliver what he promises, when he promises it.
