We hired BD 10 months ago to renovate our pool decking - their estimate was that it is a 4-6wk project. We checked all possible reviewed and due diligence - if you check, you will discover that their sites do not allow reviews (convenient for them). They immediately took the deposit (1/2 of contract), then ghosted for five months. When they finally started, they damaged our pool by caving in a side with their excavator, refused to properly repair/fix, damaged ours and our neighbors' yard/property, fraudulently billed us for equipment rentals, lied about commitment to our project nearly every time that we talked. Bobby (owner) is the most incompetent and deceitful contractor that I have ever encountered. With damages exceeding the cost of the project, he quit and has since billed me for an additional amount. He refuses to account for charges or refund even after multiple requests from myself and attorney.
If you write BD a check, consider it lost with only lies and damage in return.
