As of 4/13/2018- I hired this contractor to repair the exterior cracking stucco and repaint my house. During our initial talk and walk through of the house he had identified other concerns that needed repaired at the base of the house. He was extremely thorough on the initial walk through, he came back a couple days later with a detailed estimate and explained all the items and costs listed on the estimate. Even though his quote was at the very high end of my budget I decided to hire him because of all the details we discussed. He explained that we could pay a 50/50 or could pay a 60/40 so he could hire a couple workers up front, and the contract stated that two days after our funds cleared he would start working. Two days after funds cleared he didn’t show up and I didn’t hear from him for another 2 days, he didn’t come to my house to work for another 2 weeks. When he did arrive, he had to constantly leave to get tools, supplies or family issues. In a months’ time he did less than 4 hours of actual work. After several attempts to contact him he sent me an email that he could no longer work on my house and would come by to cancel the contract and refund my money. He never came by and will not return any calls, HE STOLE MY MONEY!!!! I ended up reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and filed a police report.
