Terrible. We had them install a couple of doors through Home Depot. Huge mistake. They admittedly installed one incorrectly the first time. We allowed them to come out two additional times to attempt to correct it and each time it was worse. They do not stand by their work. Definitely a regrettable choice and I will not hire them nor use Home Depot for any projects in the future.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the entire process of our door installation was impeccable and artistic. Even the clean up was perfect! A true craftsman. I would highly recommend Marc Beauchamp for any project! Lori and Doug McCray, Marlborough, MA

My project went fine. Beau's window and door co were on time and the door was built as advertised.

Not a good experience. Beau’s Window & Door installed our front entry door contracted through The Home Depot. The door width was >2 inches to short forcing the installers to ‘pad’ the door into the opening and pushing insulation into the side cracks without reframing with more wood. The J-channel was also ruined and not replaced during or after the installation. And the installers caulked around it with unsightly results adding an unnecessary water drip at the top that looks awful. Installer also used a damaged piece of wood to frame the inside of the door and the colonial casement was gapped causing unsightly results. Installers also drove 3 inch black screws into the white exterior of the door framing making it also look unsightly. Not to mention they were not properly countersunk for spackling purposes. Contractor returned on 03/11/22 to install the storm door and was shown the issues at that time without any satisfaction rendered. Will NEVER use Home Depot again for any housework – they and their contractors clearly don’t care about doing a professional job.
