Here's my experience with Beaver Tree Professional Services, LLC (located at 10 Passaic Ave, Ogdensburg, NJ 07439). They never answered the phone, rarely returned calls, were not punctual, professional, or responsive, and never completed the job. I hired them to prune/trim some trees, remove some small trees and shrubs, and grind the stumps. After making many, many calls I was eventually called back to schedule an estimate. Andres came to my house and gave me a quote. The process reminded me of sitting in front of a used car salesman. He offered me greater discounts if I cut down more of the larger trees (even though everyone else suggested that I wait on cutting them). He wanted cash and kept offering a discount if I did more work. We agreed on the work and price, and they showed up the following week. When they arrived to do the work, they told me they couldn't grind some of the stumps (even though they quoted me a price that was based on Andres looking at my property, trees, shrubs, etc.. His crew asked me for $200 more (in cash, of course) because they had cut more trees than anticipated. Of course, they took cash and didn't provide me with a receipt. I have requested a receipt and they have not provided it. The work was sloppy and they never finished grinding the stumps. I called and texted Andres to complain about the work and, of course, he didn't answer or call back for many weeks. I left many vmail and text messages, asking him to provide a receipt and to complete the job. He eventually responded and said he would return to complete the job. However, it has been a cat-and-mouse game with him. Buyer beware. No, I would NOT recommend.
