My son in law called during this last very cold stretch and Beckler returned his call within an hour....talked him through a few simple things to do and said if this does not restore the function of your furnace please call me back.
my son in law followed his instructions...to include how to re heat the home once the furnace was working.
there house is now warm again furnace functioning at 100% and all family members have his card taped to our furnaces...HONEST, reliable... thankx much
