This contractor came to my house and provided a written estimate that he would replace my roof per the insurance claim. They did the work, had to come back because they messed something up and they did not pick up the nails lying around the yard (I actually picked up over 200 from my yard). Once they were through, they sent an invoice to the insurance company for $2000 more than the insurance estimate claiming all these line items that were not on the original estimate from the insurance company. At this point, I don't know where we are in the billing process. They don't communicate with me and the insurance company does not want to pay them the difference because they indicated that they would do the work per the insurance claim. Adding stuff that doesn't even make sense.
Do not use this company - they are unreliable, not show up when they say they will and want to raise the price once the work has been done.
