John (the owner) came promptly to provide an estimate and was able to start the work within a couple of days. Originally I was told to plan on about 10 days. However the crew came late, stayed for only a couple of hours a day or didn't show up at all. Eventually a new crew was sent and the project was completed but it took almost 4 1/2 weeks. The quality of the work was good, although I did end up doing some touch up on the painting.
