Jacob Behm, owner, was always responsive, and started the project on time. His crew never left our project until completion. The price was reasonable and affordable for todays remodels. He was the only contractor to solve our hot water exhaust pipe issue. This where the positive feedback stops for Behm Contracting.
The crew was very unorganized, left our home uncleaned, and did not respect our beautiful home. Craftmanship was below par, never checking their work, paint was on areas that were not to be painted, and the tile work was below average. They didn't even know how to install the bathroom sink handles properly!
Fortunately Jacob always came back to fix their mistakes and listen to us about our complaints.

We hired Behm contracting to finish our basement and do some new flooring on our main level. We used a home depot Vynal and love the finish. They started the basement when we were told and they finished it within the timeframe Jacob gave us. We thought it was going to take longer so this was great. We added a bathroom, bedroom, and living room/playroom. Very responsive, respectful, and overall satisfied with the experience.
