I’m so thankful to have found the guys at bela development! After meeting with a few different contractors, they stood out the most by their professionalism and
beneficence. I needed my bathroom vanity remodeled which was a small project but they kindly agreed to take it on and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Both Ben and Tom made sure that all aspects of the project were being handled perfectly and they kept me posted during the process which was fast and there were no issues at all. My new vanity looks beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone who may ask and I will most definitely call them again for future projects.

I’d wanted hardwood floors in our loft for years. It’s a tiny bedroom only 130 square feet.
So here I go on my search for quotes. I always get four quotes on anything I do to compare.
Ben one of the owners of Bela Development was the first to come out. He is very friendly, punctual, and straightforward. He gave me a quote and, in my head, I thought OMG, this is so expensive. I will not name the other three companies out of respect.
So, three more companies and three more quotes later, I found I kept going back to Bela Development to compare. So, I used them. They were the only company that would move all the furniture, pull up and depose of the old carpet. And they were the least expensive company out of all four.
Tom, is the other owner that I’d meet and he was lovely as well.
They did an excellent job. We love how professional and quick they were at doing the job. We love the hardwood floors so much we are getting a quote to do our downstairs.

Ben and his team at Bela did a great job in a phenomenal timeframe. Did exactly what they said they would faster than I thought was realistic. Ben showed great integrity and stands behind his work without excuses.

Would recommend without hesitation. The final product is beautiful and has truly improved our lives.

Great experience with Bela Development. Ben was very professional and courteous. We met with Ben and explained that we needed shower doors and installation. He described a few different solutions and styles and we decided on frameless shower doors with barn style hardware. The work was done on time and the result was excellent. I'm so happy with the work quality and professionalism of Ben and Ron with Bela. I had some relatively minor repair after some water damage (drywall, flooring, ceiling, molding) and found it difficult to get even get a contractor to respond. This was after 3 months of working with insurance, mitigation workers, and estimators to settle the claim.

After contacting Bela over the weekend, they were here on Monday to provide an estimate, got to work two days later, and the work was completed by Friday! Not only that, but the project managers also came by multiple times to make sure I was happy with the work.

The quality of the work was great and they were happy to fix a few things that weren't perfect. Their workers were courteous and considerate of my wife and I working from home. To make things even better, the work cost about half what we were quoted by the company the insurance hired.

Overall, working with Bela was the surprise happy ending to a long, frustrating saga. I would definitely hire these guys again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ben, Tom, and team on a recent bathroom remodel, and was really pleased with the quality of work. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and communicative; and offered design guidance and rationale for any decisions that needed to be made along the way. I received a comprehensive estimate at the onset of the project, for which they stayed 100% on budget. They also completed the project by the deadline (I had guests arriving), which was an extremely tight timeline over the holidays and seemingly impossible. And I’m really happy with my new bathroom! I will absolutely work with them again on future projects – can’t wait.

We chose to work with Bela Development due to their efficiency, honesty, and professionalism during our initial calls, visit, and quote. These qualities remained throughout our patio and closet remodel. Ben and project manager Tom were easy to reach, understanding of our time constraints, and addressed all questions. Office manager Ellie is extremely kind, organized, and efficient. The quality of work was impressive and we are very happy with our new French door, closet, patio, and stucco work. Costs were fair ad there were no surprises. Any future projects of ours will be handled by Bela, and we are happy to recommend them!

Bela Development did reconstruction of our water damaged kitchen and they did a phenomenal job. Promises kept, time lines respected, excellent craftsmanship.
