    DO NOT USE Belfor in Central Ohio. My insurance company referred me to Belfor to repair my roof following tree limb damage. They replaced the original roof with a rubberized material, but they glued the roofing material to the OUTSIDE of the siding, then installed flashing over the material. The roofing material should have been installed underneath the siding, not over the top. This just guaranteed that water would eventually penetrate into the siding. Four years later that is exactly what happened. We are reaping the damage with a leak that occurred when water from a storm came right over the flashing and into the living room inside the house. I will never use this company again, because now we have to file another claim and pay yet another deductible to repair the damage Belfor caused. Calling the company repeatedly did not solve the problem. They "promised" at least three times to send someone out to look at the problem and I simply tired of calling them back again and again. Their business model seems to be "do as little as possible to collect the payment and get out quick."

    Rebuild after water damage

    DON'T DO IT IF THEY ARE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH! Plain City Belfor in Ohio has no idea what they are doing, and hire contractors who are incompetent and full of excuses. They will come to "work", if you call smoking in your garage, flooding a bathroom, putting on the wrong floor trim, and taking a half an hour just to put on a switch plate "work". Then, try to settle a bill with them. I called every week for the longest time, met them at their office even, and still they couldnt figure out how to finalize a bill. So, I finally quit calling and emailing in April last year, and they didnt respond. Then, 6 months later, I start getting emails and calls saying I owed them. Suddenly, when it was on their time, it was important. I ignored their calls and emails as they had mine. Less than one week after the first email, I received the threat of taking it to collection. Wow!!! If only I had had that power to get their butts in gear to finalize payment 6 months ago. All told, it took them 1 1/2years to put up some walls and put in new floors and fixtures in a 1400 square foot condo. The General Contractor built his whole house in that time. Like I said, please dont hire them for anything. It will be your worst nightmare. It sure was mine.....

    Fix fire damage

    They did shoddy work from the start, they added $37.000.00 to the bill after the insurance company paid them and then they put a lien on my house, they wouldn't show up to work on the house and now 6 months after the deadline they want me to let them finish the work that they couldn't do right the first 6 times, I still have paint on everything and the siding is falling off, but they claim that isn't shoddy work just minor issues.
