After tropical storm Isaias, Brian came through and fixed our oil burner that was thrown out of wack with the constant outages. He was able to successfully fix the issue and actually calibrated our burner to burn more efficiently. Super great guy, very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone.

I have a very complicated HVAC system that the previous owner installed. Bryan (he has the same system in his home) has been able to repair and perform maintenance on this system without a problem. Other service personnel are very perplexed by my HVAC system and have not performed maintenance correctly and/or could not fix it. I am very glad I found Bryan. He is excellent.

Bryan has helped me twice: On a hot day in August 2019 when my air conditioning stopped working. He was there the following day, replaced a module and got it working again! And November 2019 when my expansion tank was bad and the relief valve was leaking just before a cold spell and the huge firms in the area told me they were busy and couldn't get to me for 7-10 days, I remembered Bryan. He was there the next afternoon with the new really large expansion tank and we had heat within a few hours. Highly recommended!

Bell Mechanical LLC of Souderton is excellent. We bought a home that was a 1950's time capsule and needed significant updating. We worked with Bell Mechanical to update the home with radiant heat flooring installation, Runtal (Euro-style) radiator installation, and AC installation. Their work is top notch, Bryan Landes is a true professional, and we could not be happier with systems they specified and installed. I highly recommend Bell Mechanical LLC.
