They came out Thursday, checked the problem, said they'd be back Friday to fix it. Came out Fridayx Worked for hours, AC still didn't work. Said they had a bad part and they'd be back Monday. Also they took a part off of my unit with them. It's now Tuesday and can't get a hold of them at all. No answer no call back. Nothing. And If I get someone else I now have to buy the part they took with them and wait days. Not to mention I have 3 kids sweating in a 90+ degree house.
