    Working with Bella Legacy Custom Homes has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Our project was plagued with missed timelines, poor workmanship, and a lack of proper oversight. Despite the promises made by the owner, the reality of our experience has been far from professional.

    The owner was rarely involved, requiring us to demand on-site meetings, which eventually happened only every other week. Without adequate supervision, minor issues snowballed into major problems. For example:
    - The wine fridges were initially measured and said to fit, but when the installer arrived, they realized the doors wouldn’t open due to a measuring error. This forced us to modify our HVAC ducting at additional expense before the wine fridges could be installed.
    - A gas line removal damaged the roof's integrity, which led to months of water damage inside the home because the roof was not addressed quickly.
    - Outlets were forgotten, lighting plans were ignored, and overall attention to detail was shockingly poor.

    The lack of concern for quality also extended to their subcontractors, some of whom we later discovered were unlicensed and unregistered with the state. This disregard for compliance with state regulations is unacceptable.

    Sadly, the owner seemed more focused on selling his services than delivering on his promises. While he came across as charming and trustworthy initially, his "snake oil salesman" approach left us with broken promises, incomplete work, and substandard results.

    For anyone considering Bella Legacy Custom Homes, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, time, and expense of dealing with a company that doesn't honor its contracts or provide the quality of work it claims to stand for.

    My husband and I have been looking for a reliable and dependable builder to design our dream home. We have found our builder in Sean and his design team . They have gone to great lengths to explain the entire process from square one. I would highly recommend Sean and Bella Legacy Custom Homes! We are very satisfied and happy with our decision to work with them!

    Definitely the best home builder I have ever worked with! Sean is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and was very patient in explaining the custom home building process. Although I have built 3 custom homes before, Sean's process seems years ahead of his competitors. We could not be happier working with Sean and his team at Bella Legacy.
