I have found a uplifted plumbing flashing on my roof recently. I emailed Rigo who came to my house easier this year to fix a broken shingle. He responded quickly and said he may have some time this week in between his scheduled stops and no charges! Very surprisingly, he called me the 2nd day morning after his email reply and he secured my plumbing flashing quickly. He didn't ask for payment at all! Rigo is awesome and super friendly!

Our house has an old roof. Mike fixed a major leak in June. First rain this week, there was a leak. Supervisor Jason came to have a look today. Turns out there was a new leak in a different location. He fixed it. No charge. They are the best!

Very impressed with Mike. Came out to our house to inspect a small leak, fixed it as well as some other minor issues. Educated us and pointed out other potential maintenance issues in the future. He refused to let us pay him. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Mike was such a great resource to help me access a roof on a house I was planning to purchase. He was fast to respond to my request for a quote. He arrived on time. Did a detailed inspection with lots of photos and delivered a full quote within a few days. Although I did not get the house this time I would certainly work with Mike again and recommend him for especially first time home buyers.

These guys are fantastic! Their suggestions to go with French Sliders instead of French doors was perfect and helped save us some money. Once the doors arrived their crew came and did all of the work in one day! Removal of old doors, framing, drywall, insulation, install of new doors, stucco and trim. They worked until the job was done and came back to make sure everything was perfect. I wish ALL home improvement company's worked this efficiently. The doors look beautiful, our home is warmer and much more quiet.

Was at Bella Vista General Contractor for consultation on our new window project. The team was amazing, detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable on what to do, what material to use. Nora and his assistants installed 6 windows and one sliding door in my house. They were very polite to me and I felt very comfortable to have them in my home (especially that they cleaned up after their work was done). Rigo and his team replaced twelve windows for us on the front of our house. They understood what we needed better than we did, ensuring the windows were all well sound-proofed. They were professional and timely. The entire crew was exceedingly polite, especially considering they were doing work with a baby in the house. I love, love, love our new Marvin windows! We had to replace 6 front-facing windows for our Chicago house but, per requirements, they had to be wood and retro-fit installed. We were sad to lose our traditional windows but these turned out better than we could have hoped. Jason was great to work with and knew what would look best, while maintaining the original look. The gentlemen that installed the windows were also very nice.

The installation process was a lot easier than we expected and my wife and I are very content with the results. The windows and doors look great, and our condo seems a lot more refreshed.

We used this company to install new double pane energy efficient windows in our house. Was impressed how polite and punctual contractors are. They performed the job in a timely manner and cleaned very well after they finished. Price is very competitive too. Can totally recommend.

This is a belated review for Jason and his coworker who installed some windows and a large sliding door in one day. They were great - extremely organized, professional and very thorough. It's several weeks later and everything is great. vitally made extra efforts to check and make sure everything was properly sealed, looked great, covered and returned to the way it was before.

I had a great experience with Mike's team. The service was unbeatable and he gave me a great timely estimate that suite my needs and budget. The owner consulted me and the contractor who worked in our house on what needed to be done in the house to support the larger window structure we wanted to install. We had a huge bay window installed and the roof they created looks superb! I have kids and the clean up was a huge point for me, but the team didn't leave a single mark! So happy

Just had windows replaced and the guys did a great job. They also cleaned the work area, picked up all the scraps and haul away the old windows. During the estimate, Michael made a fantastic suggestion to remove several post that separated multiple windows and simplify the installation. Six windows and one door installed with attention to detail and craftsmanship. This is a rare commodity in today's world. Mike worked with me and did a great job at communicating the arrival of the custom windows and door. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

I am having my roof redone. Though I did not go with Bella Vista, there is no negative reason for declining their service. It was really just a coin toss. We had a great experience with Bella Vista. Our roof was in terrible shape and we have solar panels, so wanted a company that could handle that. Communication with Mike was prompt and continuous. He explained everything that they would be doing, including a plan for our solar panels. The turnaround was quick and they did a nice job with clean up as well. They even washed our solar panels!

The roof on our building developed a leak and we received bids from about 5 contractors. We needed to replace the deck on our roof as well, because it was going to come off when the roof was redone. Bella Vista won out because Mike paid very good attention to us and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. And when it was all said and done we have a new great looking deck and roof. And when an unrelated problem persisted they fixed it for free!

This is an example of one of those companies that came through with their promises. Many roofers we contacted simply did not show up or gave us the "we're busy for three months" line. Bella Vista came out, evaluated our roof and quickly got back to us with the proposal, we chose them because they were the ones who responded to our emails quickly and were easy to talk to. Great company that delivers great results.

We were in contract on a new property, were looking for a good deal on a roofing replacement but also considered solar installation, Bella Vista General Contractor replaced our roof and recommended a clear path to get our roof ready for solar installation as we were still looking for a right solar contractor. Turns out that there are at least two ways of solar installations, the one that mounts solar on the roofing deck is the right one - realized that after a long conversation with Bella Vista staff, don't ever penetrate your membrane after new roofing installation, call these guys for consultation as they are best in Area.

Bella Vista General Contractor was recommended by a fellow contractor that does seismic upgrades for roofs and structural framing of one of our buildings. What caught our attention was the fact that Bella Vista also does solar installations and since we wanted solar, we wanted one contractor to work on all aspects of our project. This was a hit from the very beginning, they were incredible and honest. Our project was completed in two parts and took longer than expected due to delay with solar panel delivery but we love the end result! White roofs are great!

I am a second time customer of Bella Vista General Contractor and I have to call out Tara as the best! She helped me with cabinet design (I did so many revisions and she was so kind and patient with me). Tara really knows her stuff and was able to work directly with me and my contractor to make sure my project was a success. The white shaker cabinets are really nice with the soft close hinge feature and much better quality and price (close to 50%) of Home Depot or other stock cabinet stores. I highly recommend using Bella Vista for any kitchen remodel. I could not have done it without Tara! Thanks Bella Vista for providing me with great cabinets at a great price.

The job was almost a full window replacement on a single family home converted into two condos. Got 3 bids for the work but chose them because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and aware of the permitting difficulties with changing windows on an old house in SF. Professional. No surprises. Took as long as they said it would. The crew was very considerate and disciplined with the job site. Couldn't tell they were ever there except for the friggin' awesome new windows.

I have checked prices and reviews of 8 different providers in town and went with Bella Vista. Never regretted my decision. Prices are obviously competitive but it was the planning and execution that made me want to write this review.

We used Tara and her crew.They were used for a Bathroom remodel. We are extremely pleased with the remodel and have hired them again for another project. The additional soundproofing is amazing. Bella Vista General Contractors sound proofed a window in my office many years ago. They recently returned to soundproof the second window in the room. My office is next to a school playground and the sound of children playing can be very loud. Not anymore.

Roofing was fixing the roof after a wind storm. They did an excellent job on the roof. They later returned and fixed the solar. The quote was reasonable and I found the work to be excellent once again. Everyone I came in contact with was professional. They were helpful and extremely kind. I would enlist their help any time.

Bob is very professional and courteous. I had him out to bid on a re roof for a house we were selling and unfortunately the timeframe did not work because we were under contract to sell. So when we moved in to our new house and needed a few repairs on the roof I called him back. He is responsive, friendly, and has a "no problem" attitude.

Bob came by with very short notice and found the problem (rubber roof needed some flashing cement). He said he could repair and charged me a very reasonable price. Did the job and have not heard any water issues since then. I sent him payment via mail, as I live out of town and everything went smoothly and effectively. Great work!! Highly Recommended.

My experience with Sam and Bella Vista General Contractor was excellent. He takes great pride in his work and delivers excellent quality and is very friendly and professional. He took time to educate me about the process and materials which made me feel very confident about his abilities. My 80 year old flat roof had really started to leak, but now it's beautiful, shiny and waterproof, all for a fair price. Sam even called after a heavy rain a few days later to make sure there were no leaks. I highly recommend him!

Michael did an incredible job replacing our old roof. In addition, he removed and replaced our old gutter, put in and sealed new air vents. After the winter storm of 2018 our newly placed gutter was broken in due to heavy snow capping on our roof. Thankfully, after assessing the damage, Michael was able to fix and reinforce the damaged gutter. I was very please with his final work, generosity and facility to work with us on the unfortunate problem. Michael was a great communicator, timely and courteous. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if need be.

Called....Bella Vista! Tara answered the phone, scheduled appointment. Arrived on time, surveyed the roof damage. Gave options for repair and reasonable estimate. Work was done according to my request, plus additional minor repair for a small leak. Reliable, professional, arrived on time, cleaned-up after himself and was honest. Bob and his assistant were great. Very professional. I needed satellites taken down from roof last minute and Bob responded to my massages and scheduled a time to come. He was early but let me know beforehand and once arrived, he did the job quickly (and painlessly for me). Moving is so stressful as it is with so much to take care of last minute; it was good to be able to have a peace of mind that I could rely on a roofing expert to take care of a simple yet, pain-in-the-butt problem.

Jason did a great job on cleaning our gutters and the moss over parts of our roof. He also cleaned up afterwards by getting the debris off the deck. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them again in the future!

Bella Vista General Contractor is one of the few roofers that work on flat roofs. I was able to get them to give an estimate. Though the wait was long because they were booked solid with jobs, we decided to stay with them. The job was well done and we are happy with their work and so far no issue.

Sam was very responsive and came the following business day. I wasn't even home and he did everything to my expectations. I gave my Resident Manager his contact for the building to use. I would definitely use him again. His pricing was extremely fair.

I was concerned because my windows don't open, but Bella Vista team figured out how to deal with them. They came on time and made them sparkling clean. They wore shoe covers, covered the floors with drop cloth and did a really good job. Thumbs up, highly recommended.

I never thought I could be this to see it rain! I own a bunch of coffee shops in Mokena, IL and one of them has had a terribly leaky roof for a little bit. We've brought in several different roofers and the problem persisted. We reached out to Zac and John over at Bella Vista General Contractor and they were out at the site within 24 for an estimate, set up an appt for a couple days later and.... problem solved. We were praying for rain to simply make sure it held up and it did indeed. We're going to bring them in to fix the sheetrock that the leak messed up as well! Definitely a good hire.

Zac worked on my roof over a year ago. I purposely waited to write a review because I have had different companies worked on my roof and after a heavy rain, water leaked inside. This hasn't been the case with Bella Vista General Contractor. Zac was very professional and fixed everything that needed fixing. After a year and three months, I haven't had water leaked inside my house.

I would like to say that I was very please with Bella Vista General Contractor. Mike came and did my whole basement over. I thought they would leave a mess but they where very very respectful and clean after the job was done , not a pcs of garbage left . And all the workers where so amazing and nice to me at all time . I recently bought a house in Mokena. Under my inspector recommendation the roof needed some small repairs. John come right away, gave me a fair and honest estimate, did the job and took care of the roof. I like to work with honest people, Honestly John was great and I'm highly recommend to anyone working with this company.

Great roofing contractor, we worked with them on a roofing repair for our commercial warehouse roofing repair here in Mokena, Illinois and from begining to end these guys whined. The phone support is I want, text messages are answered within 5 minutes and email reply timing is similar to Twitter. These guys also told us a lot about our buildings state at the time of initial inspection. All around a great company with reliable people.

Best roofing company around, we found a great value in their initial paid inspection that explained in detail not only the roofing condition but also exterior condition of our building. Mike and his crew were moisture mapping and inspecting ou building inside and out for approximately 35 minutes. Detailed report followed the inspection and we feel informed and in control. Roofing system ended up in need of replacement and it took two days to replace it safely, efficiently and in respectful manner. Definitely recommend this contractor.

John is great , my mothers house in Mokena needed few roof repairs , that's when I bumped into Bella Vista , John showed up free of charge , gave us an unbelievable deal , very well priced.. Mike was cool and very easy to work with. I had a small gutter job due to ice dams pulling my existing wooden gutter down. Mike got the job done and did not charge something outrageous. After the rain we discovered we had a couple of leaks. Mike did an thorough job inspecting our roof. He found around 40 broken tiles. Our roof tile is supposed to have a 50 year warranty and it was installed about 17 years ago. We called the tile company and they worked with David to get us new tiles. The tiles they provided did not exactly match the color of the tiles we already have. Mike did an wonderful job of removing tiles from the side of the house where the roof is not visible and used them to replaced the cracked tiles. He put the new tiles where no one can see them.

The team did a great job from start to finish. I had an estimate within 24 hours despite being out of town and not ready for months. Tina in the office touched base with me monthly to find out when, I would be ready. When I was, I was scheduled in a few days. The guys were great-worked hard, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves as well as other trash left behind by others. I also had a sun tube installed. What a difference it makes. Wow these guys are great. After hearing what I thought was water leaking or dripping in my attic or wall during the recent rain storm, I called the office at Bella Vista to see if they could check my new roof. John came out to my house the same day. After inspection, he found that the gutters downspout was partially clogged (the dripping sound) and that a tree branch was knocking on the side of the roof and gutter. He cleaned the gutter and cut back the branch for me at no charge. Thanks Bella Vista General Contractor.

I had some major termite repairs done on my property. The termite guys had to take some shingles off to do the work and the roof needed repaired afterwards. Mike gave the best price and warranty. He also did a great job and he is a nice guy and very nice to speak with. His communication could be a bit better. They could be a bit faster in responding to emails etc and sometimes you have to chase him down to get a response. But if you are looking for good roof repair at a good price, Mike is your guy.

Our roof was installed by Bella Vista General Contractor in 2014 including a part of the roof that had an odd slope, which proved somewhat challenging during installation. The installation went very well without any problems. The workers were professional and fast. Fast forward to 2019... recently, there was a very heavy downpour with high winds and unfortunately, some leaks became apparent in that oddly sloped area of the roof. I contacted Bella Vista in the morning and they sent someone out that day. After determining an IB expert would need to address the issue, Bella Vista sent us an expert who took the time to thoroughly repair the roof, not just a quick fix. He explained in detail what work he did and how it had resolved the situation. I could not be more pleased with the customer service we received from the Bella Vista team. I wholeheartedly recommend this company because they stand behind their work.

They came out to try to find something on the roof that was buzzing /vibrating loudly every time the wind blew. Because it wasn't doing it when they were out, Zac had to guess about what might be causing the noise. He caulked around a large piece of flashing, told me to let him know if that didn't fix the problem and then, didn't charge me a thing for the trip out or the work. Very impressive and I will definitely call Bella Vista General Contractor for my next roof.

Great service for the area. We're looking into a solar panel installation on our roof, and called Bella Vista for a second opinion on how much life the roof has left in it. They came out to area and did an inspection at no charge. When they found a couple of issues to be fixed, they gave us very reasonable estimates on the cost and even gave us advice on how to get the work done more cheaply if we wanted. We found them honest, informative, extremely professional and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Bella Vista originally installed the gutters in our house so we chose them when it was time to clean them. (At my age, I don't go up on the roof anymore). Not only did Mike clean the gutters and valleys, he washed the skylights and then blew off the entire deck and parking area. Extremely reasonable price too. This company is the best. They put a new roof on for me last month. Very professional and easy to deal with. John came late one Friday afternoon to honor his commitment to replace a rusted gutter and clean and coat the interior of the other gutters. It was a hot day and he and his assistant were there until I left at 7:30pm. He was thorough and friendly and did extra that was not expected. When I got on a ladder to inspect the job, I noticed that John had made and installed in all downspout areas with large, debris-blocking wire cages. I needed to repair a chimney flashing on my roof as a result of a home buyers inspection. Bella Vista was the only company who replied to my request and were able to send someone out the next day. ZAC spent a few minutes looking at the issue and promptly told me it could be done much more cheaply by a handyman or even ourselves with a $20 part. Mike was great to work with and did an excellent job replacing our cedar shingle roof overhang. It was a small job and he fit me into his schedule in a matter of days. While I never had a chance to meet any of the guys from Bella Vista. They did a great job. I had to coordinate a new roof on my mothers house from remote. Working with Tina was great. The price was good and they went out of their way with scheduling to be able to do the job when my brother was in town during Thanksgiving week. As it is New England, there were some minor weather delays, but all of these were communicated in a timely manner and we were never left wonder what the plan was. Fair price and quality work. Could not be happier, and would use them again.
