    I bought a new home from Bella Vista that was already completed from construction. Very nice design, materials, and neighborhood. Quite a few of the finishes were applied in a hurry, with very little focus to quality. Voicing my concerns to the Superintendent about the finishes on the front door fell flat. He thinks it looks just fine. The Iron bars over the widow in the door is of center because "well it came from the factory that way." Other issues with the home were just as disappointing. when I asked about the Filtered Drinking Water System that didn't get installed, he shrugged his shoulders and said "Well I guess it was missed." The major problem with that statement is the fact that this guy is approving the sub-contractors pay apps, without truly verifying their work. This indicates that my time and money is not valued by Bella Vista, in the way it should be. I feel like I just bought $300k track home. Someday I'll be able to make the front door varnish look better, turn the lock cylinder right side up, replace the mangled threshold, center the iron grate true to the window, replace the tile where wood stain spilled, and repaint the trim. My wife and I walked the house with the Superintended. Body language is everything. That guy didn't want to be there and most of the blue tape was ignored. I think poking a stick in my eye would have been more pleasant that having to deal with a stick in the mud.
