In an elaborate façade, those affected were families (my family was one of them), investors, realtors, and sub-contractors. With at least 41 law suits, 350+ creditors, and multiple homes unfinished, Bella Vita Custom Homes did not build dreams for the families and investors they promised to build homes for, they built nightmares.
