In November, my heater was cycling on/off continuously until the set temperature was reached.
I turned the heat off because I knew something was wrong with the system and it was only going to do it more damage by leaving it on.
I was without heat for a couple of weeks while I was researching online about HVAC companies. I chose to call Belle Air Systems in Roseville because of the positive reviews. I called on Thanksgiving day and did not expect a call back til Friday or Monday. Eric (the owner) came out on Friday morning and checked out my unit. Because it was 20yrs old and had several problems, including a rusted out bottom due to a leak, he recommended a new unit. He provided pictures of the unit and where the problems were.
He gave me a very detailed quote with two options and answered all my questions. The price was very competitive.
The work was done less than a week later.
I could not be happier with price and work that was done by Eric and his crew. They were very punctual and called before arriving and called when timing needed to be adjusted. They had to work in a very small space up in the attic and did a terrific job of protecting the carpeting in my home. He helped every step of the way with coordinating inspections to helping me get me rebate from the city.
Belle Air Systems definitely has a customer for life. Good work guys!

Belle Air Systems installed a new A/C unit in 2017. It was not only a great experience, it has saved us hundreds of dollars a month on our Roseville Electric bill.
This morning my wife noticed the air temp climbing as we keep our house pretty cold. By 11am it was apparent that the unit was blowing warm air. I called the owner Eric and although they are extremely busy, he told me he would get someone by late today or tomorrow first thing.
An hour went by and he sent me a message that someone would be here within a couple hours. A little over an hour later his service techs Dave and Josh showed up and quickly diagnosed that it was a compacitor. They had the part on hand and had the cold air blowing again in a few minutes. The part was even covered under the manufacturer's warranty from when we had the unit installed in 2017. To top it off, they cleaned the condensor and left us in great shape. Dave explained how to keep it clean and free of dust and debris.
This is a prime example of why we choose to support our local small businesses in our community. Five years later and they are still the same honest, friendly and hardworking company I remember.
