  whole house remodelling

  Had a whole house remodelling which took 3 times the amount of time they promised. Some tiles were installed cracked already, a lot of hollow tiles (which we asked them to replace), pieces of grout left on tiles, loose towel bars and other work ranges from average to shoddy. Got scammed for about $6000 by Donald Libby. Tim (the boss) doesn't seem to care and still hires him anyway based on the many reviews posted after my time span. The reviews used to be on thumbtack but his page was erased for some reason and Bellino Contracting no longer appears there. The time span is from June to September 2018. We reported Donald Libby to the ROC and he is confirmed to be a repeated offender.

  Bathroom Remodel

  Do not hire Bellino Contracting!
  We hired him to remodel our two bathrooms, simple tile work. Tim is the licenced contractor and we did not see him once. He sent his foreman Donnie out to our house along with a few other workers who are not licensed. Donnie and his crew made a mess of our bathrooms. The tiles are not cut straight, there are globs of grout everywhere AS WELL as garbage grouted into the floor of our master bathroom. They had to remake our shower floor 3 times because it would not drain properly, and it still does not drain properly with water pooling around the edges. They did not properly secure our plumbing behind the tile so the spouts and shower heads rattle around.
  They dumped left over grout into our sinks causing them to cement shut, we had to replace all of the drains as well as refasten all of our bathroom accessories because everything was crooked.
  Not only that, but the foreman Donnie was supposedly ordering our shower glass for us. We gave him a check for $1178, 4 months later after multiple phones calls and fake assurances, we still do not have any glass. Donnie name dropped three companies that he apparently was "working with" (2 glass companies and 1 water drill company) and no one had heard of him or us. We asked for a refund and he still refuses to refund us our money. We have tried to contact Tim through phone, email and thumbtack and he has ignored our messages.

  In the end, our bathrooms look horrible and we have to have a COMPETENT contractor come in and fix the master floor and crooked tiles AND we are out $1178 that Donnie the foreman stole from us. We have reported both Donnie and Tim to the Registrar of Contractors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
