    STAY AWAY. They are scammers, they received our downpayment and disappeared for over a year, after many calls, the manager called to insult me and to tell me that he would never refund the money. They did no work at all and stole $1450. BEWARE.

    It has been almost 1 year since the signing of our contract with them. They have been contacted, now, 4 times since they completed their work and, STILL, nobody has shown up to assess the inferior work that had been done. It was a very short time afterward that I had called and was promised that someone would be by to look at the poor workmanship. Even the storm door, which is not what was contracted - that is I had an insulated storm door which was to be replaced - and they replaced it with a floor model storm door from Home Depot instead of the Anderson Insulated Storm Door ( which I had given to them twice the website and model from which they could order it ), and left while telling the carpenter that I wanted someone out there to speak to from Beltway Builders. 2 emails from my old email, 2 phone calls and now this email. Apparently they want to go to court.

    Considered for Siding and Window Replacement

    Chase was a good project manager however the estimate did not clearly delineate the scope of work. Our estimate shows window -$$$, siding -$$$, deck -$$$. No measurements, no specs whatsoever. Extremely difficult to compare estimates when no specs are used.
