We had our A/C stop working last year, I called Ben Henry, they came out and gave me a temporary fix. Ben quoted me a price to replace my furnace and A/C. A year later I called around to several other heating and a/c guys, not only were they faster, they were thousands less then anyone else. When I called Ben, he quoted me the same price he had a year ago. It's nice to know that there are small businesses that do the right thing and are honest. I won't use anyone else!

Ben Henry Heating and air. Wow can you say amazing! I just bought a house so it didn't work when it was hot, had a voucher to get it serviced and went with someone I shouldn't have called, they told me it would cost 1,000 to 7,000 and I was shocked since I had a home inspection that was a different story. Ben Henry came and saw just minor fixes, were honest, and made sure everything was perfect and got it up and going. With that experience you can trust they wont charge for things that are not correct. I am so Happy the warranty company used them, I will be using them while in this home. Glenn

He installed a new furnace into our home we purchased. He had great pricing, and was honest with the price without gimmicks. His estimate is exactly how much it cost. He came to the house quickly and had it installed and finished the day he said he would. Very polite and professional. I would use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

This guy is awesome. We had him fix our a/c unit and then our furnace. We will definitely be calling him again. Very easy to work with!!

Hard worker - I called him at 7pm and when he showed up he was very polite and finished the job before he left. Need I mention he worked until 11pm just to ensure we had cool air.

I work in the home building industry and conduct home inspections on a regular basis. I recently purchased a home. Upon completion of my inspection I noted several problems with the HVAC system. Most of the problems were the result of improper installation.
I brought this to the attention of the selling agent who had Ben Henry come out to inspect/address the issues.
First off they conducted a so called C/O test and stated the readings were 0.
Any C/O test that has been properly done will never give you a reading of 0.
A gas furnace produces carbon monoxide when in use you will never get a reading of 0.
Second they said they "corrected" an issue where the exhaust pipe has a negative slope which causes water to accumulate in the pipe and block the system from properly venting the exhaust.
They corrected nothing. They lied to the selling agent instead of just giving an honest professional inspection.
I had a proper C/O test done. The reading reached 34PPM by law the company that conducted this test has to shut down the system. Why? because its flooding the home with carbon monoxide.
I wasn't asking anyone for money or a new system I simply wanted the system to be safe for me and my family. I new when I inspected the home that the system was not safe as is.
I now a brand new system being installed next weekend.
I would not recommend Ben Henry to anyone! Either they have no integrity and can be bought to say anything a selling agent wants of they are just flat out liars. Personally I think its both.
