repair basement walls stop water

they are thieves in my opinion, took all the money did half the work then had the nerve to ask for more money ,the lawyers do not want to persue because the man they robbed is elderly and feel it too stressful . I would also like to say that the sub cractor they use,amish construction out of Portersville,pa do less than desirable work,shoddy at best
