Do not use Ben construction or Frankie Shivers,Jr., builder. He will not complete contracted homes after being paid in full, he will not communicate with owner, he does not have reliable subs and they will not complete work after being paid. He has been reported to SC LLR(license board) for breach of contract and failure to complete the house.
