    Bought this house while under construction

    This Ben Suggs is a con man and should have his contractor license revoked. He builds junk houses with illegal over the border aliens that can’t speak a word of English so there is no communication with them. My property was improperly graded, all the handrails in the house just fell out of the walls and I had to repair them, the door knobs on the outside doors do not line up with the dead bolt locks so you have to pull up on the door knob until you get the door in the right position so you can engage both locks. He installed the cheapest A/C units he could find so with in a year your problems start, by researching them I found they have less than a 1 star rating and sites have reported that they are not worth repairing. The 2 morons he has put in the septic system “my brother Darrel and my other brother Darrel” never created a diagram on where they ran the pipes so if you dig holes for fencing you have to guess where the pipes are and hope you don’t damage one. Buyer beware dealing with Ben. BTW the person who buys my house when I sell won’t have to worry I have already paid and updated and corrected everything and is a solid home now.

    I had a custom home built by Ben the Builder on my own land. Overall the experience was not bad. Some mistakes were made and corrected and others we compromised on but by the end of the construction we were happy. We had them out twice over the first 15 months for an issue that later we found out was a foundation issue. The repairs they did could not even be called a bandaid. We have been unable to get Ben to correct the problem, communication is nonexistent even through an attorney. Repairs will cost $15,000. I would not use this company again.
