Benchmark did not complete work on 3 out of 3 jobs. They walked off job sites on apartment constructions requiring 45 Changes orders on one site, 17 Co's on the second and 5 CO's on the third.
All 3 jobs required hiring supplemental framing labor to finish their contractual work.

In my 25 years of construction management, this is by far the worst subcontractor I have ever encountered. Lies after lies on top of more lies. I tried to negate their contract but the owner of the company was friends with the owner of Benchmark. Any large GC reading this, please save yourself the trouble and hire another framing sub.
