If I could give a zero or negative rating I would. Bendicion General Contractor (also does work under Bella Jax), was by far the worst experience with a contractor in 14+ years of working in the industry. They were terminated after the 9 months of a project that was originally scheduled to be 3 months in duration. Days and sometimes over a week would go by with no workers showing up. When I inquired as to why, I was told that I was not paying fast enough. On a several occasions, I was told that I was only paying for work complete to date rather than paying ahead of work complete. Additionally, I was expected to pay for materials upfront, despite the contract (written by the contractor) stating this was not my responsibility.
Bottom line is that this was a horrible experience and would avoid working with this contractor at all cost. Whatever the price, trust that it is not worth it.
