Promised in JAN22 to take on an indoor door job replacing 7 doors. Never showed up for initial measurements until June22. Said he ordered doors and did not. Blamed everyone else for delays going so far as to blame door company for wrong measurements on invoice??? He just kept promising, but, just never delivered. When, after 7 months, we tried to get him to stick to his own meeting date with us, he quit and tried to blame us when we mentioned hiring another company if he could not show up to the mtg HE SCHEDULED. CLASSIC TACTIC! No other reasonable client would have lasted as long as we did constantly giving him the benefit of the doubt. He, furthermore, went on to minimalize our job, trash our HOA for tough work rules and complained about being pressed to show up.
