My townhouse was re-roofed after about 2 years flat roof over bedroom developed a lead I asked fro a warrant repair:said too busy I had another very reputable roofing company inspect leaking area tar paper was up in air off roof wood rotted bad. leak in bedroom Beware; they do not stand behind. their work

These contractors are a sham. They misrepresented the work they did to county inspectors at the time of inspection which was done virtually because of the pandemic. The roofer only showed the county inspectors what the roofer wanted the inspector to see. the county granted the permit. Later, it rained inside my home. When i complained to the county, the county inspectors physically went out and they retracted the permit because of the shoddy construction done and how it was misrepresented during inspection. a year later, and they still have not completed the work. The damages inside my house are mounting. i have had to file a lawsuit and need to find another roofer to complete the work. the irony of all this is, Mr. Cespedes is a pastor of a church and presents himself as an honest and hard working contractor. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Niether him or the owner, Eric Benitez are professional, ethical or honest.

Please be aware, this Benitez company is not a good news, my experience with then was very bad,they lied lied,the proposal to pay 40 % in advanced and then desapere with a bunch of lies using our money for 6 months with no Permits, finally they return my money .hopefully that doesn't happen to anyone else.

Benitez and Benitez are awesome I hire them finish on time with my property very responsable and good workers I do really recommend if you need any repairs of roofing especially with jose Cespedes he very responsible and honestly person

I wouldn't hire these people again and I do not recommend them to anyone, especially if you have to deal with Jose Cepedes. Very irresponsible and not professional in every sense. Damages were done to my property inside and outside which they didn't take care of. It took them more than five months to finish my roof and still left some unfinished details.
