This is how they treat their customer after they made a mistake on the size of my project. It went from $15.000 to $24.000. DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!

Matan, updated me about your conversation. I seem like it’s the same conversation over and over.
I understand you are not happy about that, same goes to us.
Per your last email- it looks like what ever we say is wrong and you are right, unfortunately things don’t work this way.
At court we will be able to expose our net cost, before of that, there is no law that tells us to do so- same as a fact you don’t ask Apple how much cost them iPhone and the same you don’t ask at Publix how much cost them a milk.
In your eys we are wrong, and I can appreciate that, but bottom line your project have a cost,
You can go and take it also to court and sue the rapport company , google ETC – this is how this industry works and perform.
We didn’t ask you for regular profit margins (as you know we are a business and not charity) and we were trying to work with you.
Yes, you don’t agree to the price- therefore in my last email I show you the phrase in the agreement that you don’t have tyo agree to the change order and you will need to pay cost +30%
And again- you don’t agree to that,
It leaves us without a choice as to take to legal, to place a mechanical lien, and accrue legal fees,
I think court will be able to determine who is right and wrong, if we are right- then this expenses will be rolled over- if you are right, then we will take it, whoever is right.
I urge you to read the contract very carefully , sinse that if I will be thinking we are wrong- I will definitely will do the adjustments.
Unfortunately we have some experience with customers that , on their perspective they are right, but the contract say otherwise.
I will CC this email with our lawyer so he can start the procces and place the necessary things, unfortunately we will not be able to send you release of lien per your request sinse you have outstanding balance, we will need to place the mechanical lien.
