Absolutely a joke of a business. The owner is difficult to get ahold of, his workers left our floor in worse shape and we will have to redo their work.
BACK STORY:
We purchased a manufactured home and the floor was supposedly “leveled” by them last fall. We called the owner and he told us he would come inspect it on Monday at 1pm. Monday came around and shortly after 1 I texted him to ask where he was. He said he got an emergency call and apologized so we rescheduled for the next day. I shrugged it off and agreed to the next day. The owner came out to do an inspection on it because we noticed a dip in the kitchen floor. This dip was because the subfloor rotted away and broke. We agreed his crew would come on Friday or the following Tuesday at 8am. I texted him on Friday to ask and confirm and he then told me yes Friday but not to 11. That was fine, so I waited home. At 11:12 came around, I texted him to inform him his crew was not there. He calls them and tells me that their truck broke down. Being understanding to bad luck, we agreed to the next day, Saturday at 8am. Saturday comes around, I texted him at 740ish asking if they were on their way, no response. I texted them again at 8:08 and called him, no response. I called again around 930, no response. I texted him again, annoyed at this point and no response. At noon I figured I would try a different phone so I called off my husbands phone and he answered right away. He said his guys got into a car accident and he was sick so there was nothing he could do. We rescheduled for Tuesday. His workers came Tuesday, tore up my floors and replaced the subfloor. The boards aren’t even leveled, they dip and they have huge gaps. Now we have to just redo it ourselves. The part that broke(picture with the circle around the nails) isn’t even nailed into anything below it so it dips. The work was sloppy and the whole thing was super unprofessional. The guys seemed more into listening to music and trash talking the project than doing work. Little did they know I speak Spanish and could understand what they were saying.
I would stay away from this company.
