Sole Owner
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came to my house to unclog a bathtub and ended up breaking the main sewer pipe. While attempting to remove their stuck snake (the tool used to unclog drains), two plumbers were pulling on the equipment simultaneously with all their strength, causing the pipe to break. They then claimed it was already broken, which was clearly not true. Before their visit, the only issue in the house was a clogged bathtub—there were no signs of sewer problems anywhere in or around the property. However, immediately after they broke the pipe, the house began to smell like sewage.
To make matters worse, the owner, Ben, had his receptionist (likely a family member) repeatedly promise, “Ben will call you today,” but I never received a call back. This happened six times over the course of a month. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company at all costs.
