Do not buy a house from Gary Bensch or Bensch Mark Builders. We bought a five year old home from them in Greenville, SC that they built that is full of used, salvaged construction items such as sinks, windows, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, vanities, cabinets, doors, etc. The list goes on and on. We will be replacing these items for years to come. Plus the construction quality is horrendous. Gary Bensch is a scam artist. Do not believe a word he says as he will say ANYTHING! He is a salesman/con artist who happens to build poorly constructed homes. Stay away at all costs!
